
Zainul focuses his practice on corporate litigation. He frequently tries cases in district court, also argues appeals in Court of Appeal, and represents client in Supreme Court. He has expertise in representing clients in complex, and often high-profile, matters involving state regulatory inquiries, as well as civil litigation in multiple jurisdictions. Zainul is known for his capability to see the wood for the trees while keeping his eye on details.
As a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), Zainul received his Bachelor of Law degree from Faculty of Law, Hasanuddin University. Prior joining AP, he has gained experiences in handling Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment cases and worked as an associate lawyer in project financing division in reputable firms which provides service in financial transaction, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, transaction and project documents, syndicated loan for financing toll road construction and mini-hydro power plants.
