Yusuf Ausiandra

Dr. Yusuf Ausiandra, a law graduate from University of Indonesia, has extensive knowledge on corporate, banking, finance and commercial law.

He initiated his legal career in a prestigious Tier-one Law Firm before pursuing further studies under the European Union Commission scholarship program, the European Masters in Transnational Trade Law and Finance (EMTTLF), from which he obtained two Masters degree: EMTTLF and Mastère 2 en Droit Bancaire et Financier (MDBF) / Masters in Banking and Finance Law. He completed his doctorate degree in a record time of 2 years and 5 from Université de Strasbourg specializing in the law and economics of the financing of innovation (venture capital law).
Prior to founding AP, he headed several legal research projects for the Center for International Law Studies under the Law Faculty of University of Indonesia, and provided consultation services in the field of Venture Capital Finance.

He is also legal counsel and negotiator for Indonesia in various Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements, Free Trade Agreements, Bilateral Investment Treaties and other Public Economic Agreements. Dr. Yusuf Ausiandra has negotiated various Agreements in the field of economics including Digital Trade, E-commerce, Sustainable Development and Renewable Energy.

Until present, he is an academician and lecturer at the Doctoral Program of Universitas Jayabaya for Law and Economic Development, Investment and Capital Market and International Trade Law classes. He is also a supervisor for various Doctorate and Masters thesis in Economic Law.
Dr. Yusuf Ausiandra specializes in the fields of Transnational and National Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law and has provided consultancy for a wide arrange of foreign and domestic clients ranging from assisting in Private Equity Financing, Export-Importation Consultancy, Banking Law, Shipping Law, Labour Law, Family Law, Inheritance Law, International Private Law and other fields of law.
