Mrs. Fluorine is an Of Counsel at AP. She obtained her Bachelor degree in law from Universitas Indonesia in 2012. Prior to joining AP as an Of Counsel, she was the Head of Legal Division and Corporate Secretary for a highly valued Technology Company. She structured and managed various key corporate and financial transactions with foreign investors and venture capitals.
Mrs. Fluorine is also a licensed advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). She has an experience of working for more than 9 years on General Corporate Matters, Corporate Merger & Acquisitions, Law of Foundations and Cooperative, Digital Business, Employment, Venture Capital and Financing of Tech companies.
