Alexander Rama is a legal professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning commercial litigation, corporate law, banking and finance, and dispute resolution. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (cum laude) in Business Law from Diponegoro University, Semarang, and an Advanced LL.M in Law & Finance from Leiden University, School of Law in the Netherlands.
Throughout his academic years, Alexander actively broadened his horizons beyond his academic pursuits. He represented his university as Head Delegation at the Harvard World Model United Nations Conference and earned multiple national-level recognitions. Furthermore, he also acted as President of PPI Leiden 2024/2025, where he led a 25-member team representing over 200 Indonesian students across the Netherlands, overseeing organizational governance and spearheading collaborative initiatives with the Indonesian Embassy.
Alexander’s professional journey has been shaped by a consistent dedication to the law. Prior to his postgraduate studies in the Netherlands, he had accumulated hands-on experience in legal practice, including corporate advisory, credit analysis, and non-performing loan resolution, as well as in the financial sector, equipping him with a nuanced understanding of how legal and commercial frameworks intersect in practice.
Since joining Arianto & Partners, Alexander has channelled this foundation into the firm’s commercial and civil litigation practice. He has actively contributed to legal research, drafting of legal products, and case preparation, particularly in commercial and civil dispute resolution. With a strong command of legal principles across multiple jurisdictions and a genuine commitment to practical, results-driven solutions, Alexander has quickly established himself as a valuable contributor to the firm’s success.
